SourceForge  (added February 2014)

SourceForge is a repository for open source software - programs (of all kinds, not just astrology) that are not copyrighted and are free to download. You can find a number of free astrology programs there. They don't have all the advanced features and ease of use that the full featured programs have, but if you're looking for something to tide you over until you can afford something better, or just are looking for something a little different, check out their collection of programs. The SourceForge link (above and below) goes to a list of astrology software available on the SourceForge website.

Time Cycles Research  (added February 2014)

Time Cycles is the developer of Io astrology software which runs on the Mac. It's one of the most advanced and well known programs developed for the Mac.
