The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

If you've been feeling like you're on information overload, you're not alone! There are so many ideas and data flying around that it's hard to keep track of it all. Are you giving yourself time to rest your brain so you can get grounded and centered again? You'll need a good solid tool kit of resources and tricks over the next few weeks. Take time out to give your mind a rest. Yes, that means getting off Facebook and Twitter for a few hours (or a couple of days, even better). It's important to find your calm centre where you can let the dust settle around you, so you can come back to it all feeling refreshed and more connected to yourself.

There's a lot of erratic, stressful energy in the air for the next few weeks. You may be challenged to make some difficult decisions about where you're going and why you want to get there. There could be a tendency to polarize against those you perceive as authority figures or those who you see as responsible for problems. Even more-so if you feel you're being held back or your freedom of expression censored. Again, it's important to avoid over-reacting, and instead to get a clear, grounded sense of where the problem really lies and to take responsibility for your own choices and actions.

At its best, this can be a time when you are pushed to be more productive, more innovative and more resourceful than you have been, in order to move forward. You might feel like you're a salmon swimming upstream much of the time, and you'll need to decide if that's because you're trying too hard to make something work that just doesn't want to work. The idea is to focus your mind so you can move beyond distraction and scattered perceptions and into a place of clarity and empowerment.

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

It may be time to examine more closely what you have been feeding your brain. Is it healthy, organic, non-GMO information? You mentally assimilate whatever information you are feeding on, so if you're feasting on the equivalent of mental junk food – trash-talk, immature conclusions, "fake news" – your mental and spiritual health could be sluggish, flat and struggling. As a spiritual being, you have immense potential to soar up beyond the clouds in how you perceive, understand and use the information you gather, as well as the meaning you cultivate from it. So it's a good time to ask yourself if your diet of data is doing justice to your greater potential.

This is likely to involve a need for discipline. It might mean spending less time on Facebook and Twitter, or perhaps just being more discriminating about how you choose and process the information you find there. It's so tempting to just take in all that information and swallow it whole, without first chewing it up, separating out the real substance and pausing before taking the next mouthful. There's a difference between feeling powerful and becoming empowered, and the kind of spiritual empowerment that is possible now requires patience, discernment and a willingness to look beyond the obvious.

Aim to find a creative, yet grounded balance between what you take in and what you put out. That means balancing straightforwardness with kindness, frustration with tolerance, and apprehension with persistence. It will help to try to nail down specifics (so you don't get lost in fuzzy assumptions), but not to the point of being rigid or closed-minded. This is a time when it's possible to greatly expand your understanding about yourself, your kindred spirits and life in general, but you will need to walk a fine line between your creative imagination and overcautious resistance to change.
