The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

Happy Solstice! You're on the threshold of some very substantial changes, and how you approach this shift can make a big difference in how successful you are with those changes. The rest of this month may feel like the proverbial ground is shifting under your feet. Your dream of the future may rise up in front of you, looking exciting but uncertain. Have you prepared well enough to make it happen? Have you anticipated possible problems? Has your focus on what could be become distracted by discouraging what-ifs?

The time to transform your dream into reality begins with your next step in the process. The Buddha once said, "If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading." That could be what you want ...or not. So, this is the time to pay attention to what you're doing and the direction you're aimed in. Check to see if you have your resources ready. Acknowledge any misgivings you might have and either find a solution or come up with a Plan-B to have on hand if things go sideways.

For now, give your heart over to the hope, potential and faith in your vision of the future. Will that eliminate hardship? No, but life is always a balance of both positive and negative, optimism and realism, inspiration and struggle, serenity and hard work. You're about to enter a period when you'll be busy manifesting what you envision, which will have its own kind of enjoyment and satisfaction but perhaps not the way you're expecting. So, it's important now to gather as much strength of spirit, passion and confidence as you can. Dare to believe in yourself. Trust the process. Take a deep breath and take your next step.

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

This is the time to dream big! Imagine what your life will be in 2018. What do you want to accomplish? What improvements do you want to see in your life? What kind of person do you want to be a year from now? What problems have you wrestled with in 2017 that you need to let go of in 2018? What has 2017 felt like, and how would you like that to change? Or stay the same? Whether you call these your New Year's resolutions, or just taking stock of the past and mapping out the year ahead, the planets are aligned to help you envision what is possible for you in the future and plan out how to make that happen.

When you're planning to do something that you've been wanting to do but haven't yet, you have to ask yourself: Why haven't I done this before now? The question isn't meant to scold you or guilt-trip you or discourage you. It's a legitimate question! So, what has prevented you from doing this already? Was it a lack of confidence? A habit of procrastination? Being stuck in lethargy or depression? Not enough money or time or energy or resources? Too much else on your plate? Too many distractions? You'll need to get a clear idea of what has held you back in the past, so that you can anticipate the obstacles and figure out how to get around them this time.

One key ingredient that will help is to plan to do something you've never done before. Try something new! Experiment. Plan to do things that take you out of your comfort zone a little. That doesn't mean to be reckless or to ignore signals that something is just plain a bad idea. It's meant to shake you up just enough that you really can give yourself a fresh start in 2018, not just recycle the same-old-same-old. Even if the same-old was good, variety is essential to wake you up and keep you on your toes.

I wish you the utmost best for a very Happy New Year in 2018!!
