The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

This is a time to invite hope, faith and optimism into your life. Most of us have had a pretty challenging and demanding year on many levels: physically, emotionally, mentally. Living in a time of dramatic change tends to do that. Life is going to require even more from you over the next year, and you'll need a good connection to your sense of inspiration and good possibilities.

Therefore, make a list of all the things in the last year that were high points. Times when things went your way, times when you felt like life was getting better (even if they didn't work like you hoped later on). The idea is to take a mental snapshot of the moments—and the feelings—when you felt on top of the world, or maybe when you just didn't feel as much like you were stuck under a pile of dirt. And the times when you had a vision of what your best future could be like. Write them all down—seriously! Write them down, and put them away in that special place where you put things you want to be sure you can find again. It will really help to be able to refer back to them in the coming year, when you need to remember what you're doing all that hard work for.

This is also a time when you may feel impulsive, like you just have to do something that inspires you, even if it goes against what you're "supposed to be" doing. By all means, let this energy launch you into some new projects, ideas, goals and viewpoints. Remember too that the best way to act on impulse and inspiration is with one foot on the ground, so listen to your better judgment that wants to keep you from going overboard. It's the kind of balanced energy that is great for finding some awesome gifts for your holiday shopping.

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

At this time of year, most of us feel kind of stressed or are operating at a high pitch. This year, you're likely to feel this even more-so. This is a good time to prepare yourself for the powerful energy heading our way in 2020. Whether you feel inspired or burdened, motivated or miserable, the upcoming planetary forces are likely to be anything but boring.

So: what can you do to get the most out of this time? For one thing, talk to yourself. Yup, full-out conversation. Out loud, if possible (although probably best done in private...). What are you feeling and thinking about? What excites and inspires you? What discourages or depresses you? The idea is to expand your self-awareness, even if you're a very self-aware person. Why? Because there is an unusual amount of energy heading your way to be aware OF.

If doing this makes you feel like an idiot ;-) start with simple things—little things that delight you or make you nuts. Then move on to wishes and dreams, then sadness and even grief. Take a long look at your life and life around you. Ponder what its meaning looks like from your unique perspective. What could use some improvement that could make your life more meaningful and accomplished? What blessings and benefits do you have that can support and encourage you in your journey? Then plan out what you would like to aim for over the coming year. Think of it as an early New Year's resolution, but without the hype.

Above all, whatever you celebrate this month—and even if you're more of a bah-humbug kind of person—I wish for you a wonderful, magical season with countless, very real blessings that will warm your heart and cuddle your spirit.
