Lunar Forecast for the

June 21 to July 5, 2020

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

So, how are you managing so far this year? With all the intensity, stress and volatile chaos, it's understandable if you're feeling rather emotionally overwhelmed and exhausted. It's super important that you do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself—not just your physical health but also your emotional, spiritual and mental health. By now, you're either proud of yourself for surviving it all as well as you have, or you might be discouraged because you're feeling weary, lonely, drained, or worn out and can't seem to rise above it all.

This is NOT a time to beat yourself up! This IS a time to acknowledge what you've done to be good to yourself—even (especially!) the little things. Small victories—from day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute, if necessary—are for many of us the only path. And that's okay. This is hard work. Take some time to acknowledge what and who has helped you along the way. This could include family, friends, social media, books, music, TV, astrology websites... ;-) Some of your stability, strength and endurance has come from people and things that you weren't expecting or were different from your usual resources. That's likely to continue for a while longer, so don't throw them away thinking the struggle is over.

As many places start to relax COVID restrictions, you will need to provide a lot of your own self-discipline, responsibility and maturity to keep yourself safe and healthy, as well as those around you. We are living in intense, volatile times of deep change both individually and collectively. The planets indicate that there's more work to be done, and in many ways this long-term process is just beginning. Right now, you're being presented with the next step in your journey. This isn't the time to give up on what you're doing that has brought you this far. Take the small victories and carry them with you into the next phase over the coming months. And always – stay safe, stay open, stay awesome. :-)

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

If you've been feeling agitated, frustrated, emotionally exhausted, or fired up in anger lately, you're not alone. It seems the whole world is spinning in a blaze of fury, fear, indignation or outrage. We're all affected by a level of intensity and passion that is not just about COVID-19 or social justice, but also in your personal life and what kind of energy is coming up in you. It's a lot to handle. When it builds inside, this energy can easily take on a life of its own, and it requires a careful disciplined balance between heart and mind to navigate through the firestorm without getting burned.

So: it's important to take a step back at some point and ask yourself what's really important for you right now. There's something inside you that needs a voice – what is it you need to say? What are you trying to express? What do you really want? What are you motivated to accomplish? It's not enough to just vent or complain or speak out. If your passion could create a better world, either globally or personally, what would that look like? This is an important question because you need to know what to aim for and you need to know when it's time to stop, relax and know that you've achieved something or that you've succeeded in taking another step toward that end.

You might also sometimes be feeling depressed, worn out, cynical or locked into assuming the worst about everything. If so, you might be suppressing that passion energy or are simply overwhelmed by too much exposure to what's happening in the world right now. Beyond that pessimism is usually some kind of pain, anguish, disappointment, fear or rage—new or old. It often helps to find someone you can talk to who will listen without judgment. It can also be useful to write down what you're feeling; to put into words what those feelings long to express. A little at a time is better than trying to do it all at once. This is about acting with caring and compassion by taking time out to take care of yourself. Logoff Facebook and Twitter for a day or two, or at least for a few hours. Go do something that feeds your spirit.
